Returns and Exchange Policy 

Our customers satisfaction is our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis. We hope that you are satisfied with your order, however if you are not happy with the items you have received, we will happily offer you a full refund if the product is in unused and resalable condition. If the goods are faulty you will always be entitled to return the goods to us for a full refund or a replacement product which is at your discretion. 


You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to return an item. Please use the returns form that you received with your order. Fill in the return form using the code that best explains the reason for your return, and place this, together with the item(s) you wish to return in the parcel. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels/tags may not be refunded. 

The returns procedure 

  1. After receiving the items, the buyer has the right to return the items, in unused condition and in original packaging, within 14 (fourteen) days. 14 days start on the day of receipt of your order. After you have indicated that you want to return your items, you have 5 days to actually return the items.
  2. If you want to exchange an item, it is best to place a new order and return the previously received item. See previous step. As soon as we receive the returned items, we will refund the amount. 
  3. We request that the buyer contact us within 14 days, starting from the day of receipt of the item(s), via your account or one of the other contact options as indicated on the website.
  4. The buyer clearly states the item, order number and the desired solution. You can return your item by first contacting us at
  5. determines whether a returned item is in used or unused condition and whether return is acceptable in whole or in part. If the returned item has been opened or used, your return will not be accepted and will NOT be refunded. If you would like to receive the returned product(s) again, you must pay the return costs yourself.
  6. Please apply for a track and trace option with the shipment to avoid any litigations about the delivery. Please be advised that the shipping fees for the returned items are to be covered at your own expense.



Product purchased at our webshop  
You are welcome to submit your claim and we will resolve it within a few business days.  
In case you have received a wrong order or product, please contact our Customer Service at with your order number.   

Product received as a gift  
You need to have proof of purchase to submit your claim. If the gift was purchased from our webshop and you have an order number, please submit your claim HERE 

If the gift was purchased at one of our retail partners, then we kindly ask you to contact them directly. The retailer will handle your claim in accordance with the rules of the country from which our retail partner operates.

Don't forget to add a note with your details (name and address) and order number in the package to be returned. Without this information, returns cannot be processed. 



When you place an order on our website, you can cancel your order at any time before the goods are dispatched to you. Please note that all orders placed before noon are dispatched the same day. We will provide a full refund of the price of the goods and our delivery charges. If you would like to cancel your order please send an email to 



Simply place a new order for the replacement items online and proceed with the returns process for the articles you want to exchange. 


Refund Processing 

Once the returned items are received, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that we will only refund the delivery charge for your initial order when you return the entire order. Refund will usually be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
