The results/benefits of these products differ from person to person and are also dependent on lifestyle choices, including but not limited to diet and exercise. Banbona® Belly Bands are not a weight loss product. Please consult your doctor or medical professional after any major surgery. If in doubt or if special conditions apply to your health, consult a medical professional before using any Banbona support or compression products.  

The marketing and promotional content is for informational purposes only. Any advice or information provided with respect to the Banbona® products is not to aid in making medical decisions, and is not marketed, promoted or otherwise intended to be used to diagnose any disease or other condition, or to cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent any disease or condition. The marketing and promotional content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice.  

This website is owned and operated by Banbona Oy. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.  

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.  
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.  


SECTION 1 Applicability:   

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements from Banbona.com. Accepting an offer or placing an order means that you accept the applicability of these Terms and Conditions. Deviations from the provisions of these Terms and Conditions can only be made after written notification or approval by Banbona.com. These Terms respect the rights of the consumer arising from the law (or the sales agreement).   


SECTION 2 - Ownership  

We and our licensors are the sole owners of the Services, including, but not limited to, all content, features, and functions, and all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property rights contained within the Services.  

You agree that all rights, title, and interest in the Services will remain ours or our licensors' exclusive property. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, broadcast, license, or otherwise use the Banbona name or any of our trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. You may not modify, rent, lease, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services unless we have given you prior written consent to do so. You may only use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.  

'Banbona' and the Banbona -logo are our trademarks.  


SECTION 3 - Online Store Terms  

You must be 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. If you are under 18 years old or of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, then you may only use the Services with your parent or legal guardian's permission.  

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.  

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.  


SECTION 4 - Offers / agreements:   

All offers from Banbona.com are without obligation and Banbona.com expressly reserves the right to change prices, especially when this is necessary based on (legal) regulations.   


SECTION 5 - Stock:   

The following applies to all items on this site: while supplies last. Although this site has been compiled with the greatest care and is regularly updated, it may happen that one or more items are no longer available due to delayed delivery and/or other circumstances. No rights can be derived. Price, type, color and model changes reserved.   


SECTION 6 - Prices and payments:   

The prices stated for the products and services offered are in Euros, including VAT. You can pay for your order with us in various ways. In the checkout process you can easily select the desired payment method. The security of your data is guaranteed with all payment methods.   


SECTION 7 - Exchanges and returns:   

If you return the unpacked/unused items in the original and undamaged packaging within 14 calendar days upon presentation of the invoice, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and payment costs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items specially ordered for you. Costs due to the exchange or return ring will not be reimbursed. Click here for more information about the return procedure.  


SECTION 8 - Guarantee:   

Which warranty provisions apply depends on the item you purchased from us. In general, the following rules apply:   
The buyer must always contact Banbona.com to process a warranty. To assess the warranty, it is necessary to send the defective part to us.   
The warranty does not extend to compensation for damage to persons and property as a result of the defect, or any costs that the buyer may incur as a result. If a complaint cannot be properly resolved between the buyer and Banbona.com, the supplier of the item will be asked for advice. Damage caused by external influences is not covered by the warranty.  
The invoice / cash receipt is your guaranteed certificate.   

Banbona.com does not guarantee an end result in any way. Because everything depends on your body and according to the instructions for use.  


SECTION 9 - Order not delivered complete:   

If your order is not delivered complete, we kindly ask you to keep the packaging (box or envelope) in a safe place. Send us an email to info@banbona.com with a photo of the packaging (box or envelope) where the stamp or shipping label can be clearly seen. Your order will be checked 3 times by 3 different people during packing and we always assume that your order has been completely packed and shipped. That is why we always ask for proof (photo of stamp or shipping label) to be emailed. Unfortunately, we cannot help you without this photo.   


SECTION 10 - Order not received:   

If you have not received your order, we kindly ask you to report this to us within 30 days (from the date of shipment). Send us an email to info@banbona.com with your order number and delivery address. We can initiate an investigation with the carrier within 30 days. Unfortunately, reports after 30 days will no longer be processed. This means that your rights as a consumer expire, requiring a new shipment or a refund of the amount paid is no longer possible.  


SECTION 11 - Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address   

As a customer, you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Additional charges may apply to correct or update a shipping address. If your package is returned to us for certain reasons given to us by the carrier, or due to customer error, we will reship the package in the same manner and re-charge the original shipping cost to the customer. In some cases, an updated or alternative address is required to reship an order. If the customer does not respond within 14 days from the moment the customer is informed about the returned shipment, we assume that the customer no longer wants the shipment, and it becomes the property of Banbona.com. You accept these additional costs when you place an order via our webshop.  


SECTION 12 - Personal data:   

Personal data entered by the customer will be included in the file. Unless the customer has indicated that the customer does not wish this, the customer's data will be included in a central customer file of Banbona.com. This information will be used to keep the customer fully up to date with regard to the business and services of Banbona.com.   
This means, among other things, that the customer will receive a newsletter or offers several times a year. Click here for more information about privacy policy.    


SECTION 13 - Privacy, Email addresses:   

We only store and use e-mail addresses that are provided directly to us or for which it is clear that they are provided to us when provided. We only use an email address for which it has been provided to us. We never provide email addresses to third parties for commercial purposes. Click here for more information about privacy policy.
